They definitely needed a lot more people for check in. Took close to an hour. Also, I paid for the additional driver and they ended up doing the calculations in a way that they charged tax on the entire vehicle cost and additional driver instead of just the additional driver (since I had already paid the other costs). Awful. Reservation not actually reserved. Had to wait in a line for 1.5 hours while **1** agent slowly dealt with a huge queue of people. Delay made me late for photo shoot i was directing. Hertz= never again.Recensione del 1 giu 2023

The experience was a lot better than many reviews i saw. Maybe covid time didnt help. ...It was the cheapest option. So that was good. But I thought I booked for a mystery economy. My 3 choices were all trucks. The lady tried to make me feel better by pointing that yesterday mystery car was a 15 seat van. Sneaky. ...the gmc canyon was fairly new n very clean. I was charged and additional 50% more than my original contract for accidentally dropping the vehicle at a different location. The intent all along was to drop it off at the location I did, but input the wrong location at the time of reservation. Even though I had paid prior to renting it took me over an hour to get my rental due to the extremely LONG line. The vehicle had a funky smell in the interior. There was no one to help me locate the vehicle in the garage once I did get through the line.Recensione del 29 mag 2022

Car was clean and performed just fine. YThe setup was convenient and relatively fast. On the other hand, the clerk was pretty aggressive about trying to upsell me to models and features I had no interest in. I was initially handed a bill about twice what I had bought the rental for online, and it took two more tries before I got the lower priced option I wanted.Recensione del 8 mag 2022

Dropped off car 3 days early. Hertz dealer was very interested in the vehicle as he had a waiting customer for it. Said I should get a 3 day rebate on the rental. He was wrong.
