Very slow process in picking car up. Our agent was very helpful but it didn't look as though the other two agents were doing much of anything. Return was very hard to find - have to go inside to return the keys (at least in the Term 2 A-B-C-D lot) - and, again, very slow. The two ladies at the rental counter were horrible. They managed to get two cars rented in an hour, while a single person at Europecar rented 10 and the AvIs people cleared out a line of 15. Will never rent from Hertz again. The whole operation at Paris airport needs to be revamped.Recensione del 22 lug 2022

We had a car accident in our rental vehicle and we tried to contact the rental car company, Hertz, via all of the phone numbers and email provided in the rental contract agreement and have not received any replies or communication from them. Pick up was wonderful.drop off was awful. I spent two hours trying to reach the office to ask if o could extend my contract. When I finally reached someone, they said that my contract was already closed (it was 3 hours before drop off time) and that I had to return the car immediately or Hertz may call the police. He gave mea number to call that what useless. When I arrived at the airport to return it, the office was closed (it was 12pm). Very frustratingRecensione del 10 lug 2022

After a long overnight flight out Car broke down within and hour in a small town in France. We waited 1 hour for a tow truck. Then we were told to wait for a replacement van. One hour later we were informed there are no replacements. No help from hertz to get back to Paris and we were left to navigate the trains on our own with luggage.
