It was a terrible experience. They contacted me the day I was supposed to pick up the rental and cancelled the booking saying they were overbooked and offered me no alternatives. Plus I had to call a different department to get my money refunded to me.Recensione del 12 ago 2023

They didnt have my vehicle and wouldnt just upgrade they wanted to charge. Also horrible cutomer service. I had to cancel and rebook through Kayak for an 80+ additional cost.Recensione del 17 giu 2023

I was surprised that when I went to pick up the car I was told I would be getting something smaller than what I selected. She "upgraded" me, so I had to pay extra to get the size car I expected to rent. Overall, I was happy with the car I ended up with.Recensione del 4 giu 2023

I wasn’t able to rent a car because they charged me 600 dollars extra for showing up 2 hours earlier than reserved. They charged my card for that amount without discussing it with me or telling me the total would change that drastically.
