Descent initial cost and car was nice. We found beer in our glove compartment on day 3 and I’m not happy that it was recommended at the counter to get the toll coverage and then we really didn’t need it. The cost of it was no where near what the tolls would have been. We knew nothing about tolls so we just relied on advice. The gal was great to work with. Very friendly and patient. We waited in line for close to an hour and she took time with each person and was cheerful.Recensione del 7 feb 2022

No one at Payless counter. Signed directed me to the Budget counter. 40-50 people waiting in line with only 2 agents assisting with cars. Terrible customer service!!! Walked away and took an Uber ride.Recensione del 8 nov 2021

The line at the car rental in Austin was so long that I could not even get the car or I would have missed my meeting. I waited an hour and half before leaving the line that barely had moved. It would have been at least a 3 hour wait. This is unacceptable customer service and I want a refund.Recensione del 27 ott 2021

counter was very understaffed - lines were very long - we wwere moved to 3 different counters and each time othe customers would jump the line - we waited 1.5 hrs to be waited on and then another 45 min in the "express lane" to get our vehicle - the vehicle we rented was not available so we were upgraded which was really nice however the tire pressure was low and they had no way of adding air -we had to take it to a station and fill the tireRecensione del 1 ott 2021
