Upon arrival we were happy that a Camry was available also the staff was very nice and friendly he suggested a restaurant to us that turned out to the highlight of our trip! I wish we could have had better communication upon return of our vehicle. The desk was unable to give us what our balance would be. We didn’t feel comfortable with just leaving the car there without any proof of returnRecensione del 30 ago 2023

I liked that the attendant made certain I was aware of the many toll roads in the area and provided me an alternative for dealing with them.Recensione del 8 apr 2023

Were concerned that no walk-around to review any car dings occurred before leaving the rental lot (especially because we saw a small crack in windshield), and no walk-around occurred after return of the car either. We assume it’s just not an issue.Recensione del 21 feb 2023

Charged for insurance I rejected. Emailed rental agreement so didn’t get to see those charges till I’d left w the car. Given mistaken information about pre paid gas. Over charged more than $175Recensione del 20 gen 2023

When I went to garage to pick up car, they put me in a Prius. When I returned the car, they charged me an extra $350 (one way fee) saying it was an upgrade, despite me never asking for or agreeing to an upgrade. After 45 minutes on a customer service phone call, they claim to have resolved, but I have to wait 3 days to verifyRecensione del 24 dic 2022

They ran out of cars and gave dozens of people giant vans. I explicitly told them I was uncomfortable with this and there unfortunately was nothing they could do. The staff on drop off was impatient.Recensione del 14 nov 2022

I have limited walking ability now, so I had asked for and expected office and car by luggage claim area as I was told, perhaps communication problem. Fortunately, I had companion who managed it well. No complaint, just old time expectations by a old man. Good day.Recensione del 10 ott 2022
