Punti positivi: Comfortable seats
Punti negativi: Cabin was very warm for a long time. Boarding could be more organized. Food - fish for main fish and tuna salad. I like fish, but really?

Punti negativi: Boarding is disorganized. Food wasn’t heated properly so the fish just had coagulated oil coating it.
Punti positivi: Departure and arrival on time. Pleasant, attractive and efficient crew. Decent choice of entertainment for domestic flight. Baggage delivered after only 15 minutes of arrival at baggage belt. Overall great!
Punti negativi: Passengers push from the back to leave the aircraft and don't like to allow you to enter the exit line so you also have to push your way in. Very rude and sad most travelers are so impolite.

Punti negativi: Small plane, crew did not help with trouble lifting putting bag in overhead compartpent (almost fell on heads), passengers with children and elderlies were not boarded first though blasted on speakers at start of boarding at gate.

Punti negativi: Flight GA321 was delayed in Surabaya for almost 3 hours. We came as transit passengers from Denpasar to Jakarta as our final destination and stranded in Juanda airport.

Punti negativi: Flight was rescheduled 2 1/2 hours later at last minute, with no opportunity to reschedule to an earlier flight. I needed to catch an early morning flight from Jakarta the next morning, meaning I got only 3 hours of sleep at my hotel instead of over 5 hours.

The biggest complain is both duiring the CGK T3 international outbound and inbound flight makes you walk the whole length of t3 from the departure gate as the plane for this international flight was parked at the most corner part of domestic terminal. No travellator, no buggy. Terrible for the elders.and bi assistance can be seen
