Punti negativi: Boarding process could have been better. I felt I was poorly informed of the technical issues and would have liked a better understanding of what was going on. Boarding and then having to deplane right before departure due to a tire inspection fail was unnecessary. I feel as though the inspection should have happened prior to boarding.

Punti positivi: The crew was great , only bad thing I witnessed a flight attendant get hit on the head from a cabbie in the back of the plane and saw a lot of blood coming from his head where he was hit. I hope he is ok. The entire flight was unpleasant the seats are horrible and no space the entire time the person behind me was hitting and pushing my seat so it was VERY unpleasant
Punti negativi: If the Pilot when talking was more firm when speaking and louder. Idk if the speakers where he spoke through were bad or need replacing because from when we was departing to when we landed I couldn’t understand a single word he said through the speakers.
Punti negativi: Airplane was packed, no social distancing, and very limited leg room. Big room to improve safety standards and comfort.
Punti negativi: It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit.
Punti positivi: The crew was awesome. My fiance and I did want to be traveling, but kind of had to for a family emergency. He is immunocompromised and high risk for COVID so when we noticed that someone purchased the empty seat in our row (even though half of the plane was open, come on now) we asked to switch to an empty row and the crew member assisted us without any hesitation. Granted, we were not picky and gladly sat in any empty row they gave us. Beggar's cant be choosers! Over all, another great experience with Frontier. Be nice and keep your mask on -- they are flight attendants, not adult daycare workers.

Frontier must do a better job to ensure social distancing.... people standing on top of each other for 15-20 minutes is insane .. All that had to be done is to ask everyone to remain seated so we can get off in an organized fashion maybe two rows at a time... Also when space is available spread passengers out on the flight please

Punti negativi: Changed gates 3 times at the last moment. 0 social distancing. Flight was overbooked. Most middle seats were filled. Fly another airline if possible.
Punti negativi: Check in bags. No one at ticket counter. Airport had to page a frontier employee to get to the ticket counter over the airport intercom. Pretty bad look for you guys. Embarrassing honestly. Seems like a disjointed company. As a result many people saying they wouldn’t take frontier again

Punti positivi: The pilot was excellent at considering and comunicating to passengers, when seatbelt needed or not for bathroom breaks, landing time, etc.. Crew was friendly and comunicated well. Boarding and getting off plane was smooth. Also, I had three seats to myself.

Punti negativi: Really sad in time of Covid19 they sell minimal seats but then put everyone! who did not purchase a seat in the back of the plane, 6 across with ABSOLUTELY NO regard for social distancing, despite the fact the plane was only 1/3 full. The staff gave some BS excuse that weight needed to be distributed to the back of the plane...BS! I was a single person in a middle seat, seated between 2 strangers, one coughing. No wonder our kids' generation believes big business needs to be brought down!
