Punti negativi: We made a reservation weeks in advance. 3 days prior to our trip I called the location to be sure all was well. The recorded message said hours were till 11PM. When we arrived at about 5:10PM, the desk was empty. Location closed. Called the customer service (JOKE) number. Out of luck. No customer service at Enterprise! Lesson learned.

Punti negativi: I think customers should charged by the hour, I was late by 1 hour for my 24 hour rental and was told I would be charged an entire extra day for it, I get it, but still.

Punti negativi: Our flight was delayed and when we got to Enterprise they had given our car away along with about 10 others who had contracts. They told me to they'd honor any additional costs. THEY DIDN'T! I will never use Enterprise again!

Punti negativi: They didn’t acknowledged the insurance y bought online and told me if something happened to the car I had to pay anyway... unless I bought another insurance directly with them.

Punti positivi: The agent was friendly and helpful. They had my car ready when I arrived. Pickup and after hour drop off was quick and convenient. The car was perfect and clean.
