The price quoted and already charged was for around $30. When we got there and they demanded $230 more plus up to a $5000.00 deposit. That’s usd! Total scam! We called a taxi to leave and he said they are notorious for that. He personally picks up someone once or twice a month for the same thing.Recensione del 27 ott 2022

This company clearly operates with predatory practices. Located about 5 miles from the airport, we had to wait for an hour for a pick-up. Once there, they required us to accept an over $600 charge for liability insurance, even though we understood that companies there must carry their own insurance and additional is not required. Extremely hard to find at the airport. The agent had a sign with Economy printed very small and we had to call the company many times for us to find him. Over an hour wait to be picked up by the shuttle. Felt swindled by the insurance prices and were told we could not use our own car insurance or credit card insurance. We were forced to pay for their insurance. The cars were fine and the attendants that we returned them to were very nice.Recensione del 17 feb 2022

There is nothing to like. They charge a absurd amount of “mandatory” insurance money. We cancelled the reservation because the total amount for the rental period was around 1300 dollars, instead of 500. Avoid this company!!!!!!Recensione del 14 feb 2022
