Punti negativi: The flight was booked round trip and the experience coming back was terrible. The same standards were not applied. Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. The online booking kept freezing and wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight. So frustrating.

Punti negativi: The plane should be heated before the passengers are boarded. Everybody stayed in all their layers until leaving the plane as it was very cold onboard the whole flight.
Punti negativi: The seating place are really small. If you're tall it's painfully. The seats are short, no forehead. The boarding wasn’t well organized like with British Airways.

They tried to get us to check our baggage and we had to prove to them that the suitcases were the right size for the overhead bins even though others with similar bags didn’t have to

Punti negativi: This my second flight with this shit agency, i paid for baggage for both flight but the airline inform me that my agency didn’t buy ticket with baggage. I tried to contact with them but impossible. And I paid more in the airport just for fucking 16kg bag. If kayak didn’t fix this problem it will be last time with you.

Punti positivi: The airline was fine, excellent crew and plane. The Bucharest airport was OK. It was quite warm, not great AC and limited seating. Different system for check in as you had a time window in which to do it so if your ride brought you early then you had to wait to check in. Prague was problem free.

Punti negativi: Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.

Punti negativi: So uncomfortable. No space to sit comfortably on a long flight. Really unreasonable. Headphone jack didn’t work. Power outlet did not work. You have to rent VR goggles for entertainment. Just the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken.

Punti negativi: COULD OF HELPED GETTING ME MY WHEELCHAIR. NEVER DID GET ONE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE FLIGHT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REQUESTED WHEN TICKET WAS PURCHASED.

Punti negativi: Uncomfortable seats do not recline, no refreshments, barely civil staff. Impossible to add checked baggage online. Checkin staff gave incorrect boarding information.

Did I arrive at my destination alive and with my bags? Yup!

Punti positivi: Not much. Below is just #1 on a list of avoidable problems and obvious oversights.
Punti negativi: They took my check-in, told me I would be able to board. However, no one made a phone call to the gate! So I was left at the airport but my bag was sent to Prague. I spent 6 hours of Iberia/Czech airlines employees/dept's telling me I needed to talk to someone else. Worst booking ever.
Punti negativi: Old plane, not terribly comfortable. Everything else was fine.

The flight indeed reached it's destination in Prague.
Punti negativi: Flight was 20 minutes late to get in to Rome. Boarding was a zoo. First a huge single line crawling through the gate. Then, overloaded buses taking squeezed passengers to the plane. Another 35 minute delay to taxi. While not a budget carrier, food and even water is only for sale. Terrible landing.

Punti negativi: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.

Punti positivi: This was a very bad experience. We did not have any idea when the flight was going to take off and could not get any information on what was the problem. We ultimately boarded over 7 hours late which was an exhausting and horrible experience. We also boarding a bus twice, once only to get off.
Punti negativi: The staff should have been better informed on what was going on. We never had any direct information. I would have liked a monetary compensation for this mixup as well because my plans really had to change due to the EXTENSIVE delay.
