Lame and disappointing experience. Budget counter was closed, it was being served by Avis. The employee tried to charge me $18 a day because the didn't have the car I've rented. Explained, in a very rude attitude, that's their policy when you rent thru 3rd party. First time I see this non sense. Kept me, and my 8 year old daughter, waiting for a manager for 1.30 hours at 12am. Finally she proceed to "make an exemption" and gave us a dirty, smelly and pretty beaten Kia Soul.Recensione del 30 mag 2023

The car wasn’t cleaned, I think they only sprayed it with water outside. I had to extend my rental by three days and budget doubled my rental price. Oct 7-17 was $600+ and the three additional days doubled it to $1300…. THAT IS CRAZY!!!Recensione del 18 ott 2022
