They seemed to be understaffed upon arrival and were pretty slow at moving things forward. The car had an issue where the back windshield seemed to have been shattered and previously replaced. Pieces of glass would fall out each time I opened the back door. I told them this when I dropped the car off.Recensione del 18 giu 2023

Paid $315 for 3 days of local rental. Seats were filthy/stained and it reeked terribly of cigarette smoke. Didn’t realize how badly until I turned on the A/C later that day. Definitely one of the poorest quality/poorly taken care of cars I’ve ever rented.Recensione del 10 giu 2023

We picked up the vehicle at 10pm and returned it the following day at 8pm. They charged us a late fee because the paperwork showed 6am as the return time. The return time should be 24 hrs from when you picked it up. We were actually bringing it back early but the girl receiving the keys was extremely rude and unhelpful. I made a mistake with my booking (I booked for the wrong date) and both people at the counter were very helpful and cool about the whole situation. They were able to move my reservation to the correct date and got me a car quickly. The attendants were nice. Would have been nice to get the SUV class that I prepaid for and not wait an hour only to get a minivan. No one really talked to us or gave us any instructions or feedback when we returned the car. I feel I should have been given some refund since I paid for a full size SUV and only got a minivan. I prepaid for rental insurance but discovered that it wasn’t through Avis/budget but rather through a third party. The KIA minivan was nice and got decent gas mileage.Recensione del 15 giu 2022
