The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. We had prepaid the Chevy Malibu and the agent said we had a 7 passenger reserved but if we downgraded to a Ford Edge we would save some money. No refund was issued. When returning the vehicle there was no agent to accent the vehicle and poor instructions on how to return it without an agent.Recensione del 7 mar 2022

My plane was called back to the gate twice, putting me in Knoxville at 1220 am. The agent said that the deal was canceled because it was after midnight. He then tried to rent me a car for over 7 hundred dollars more than the original price. Punti positivi:Pick up was horrible they increased my price without knowledge from $98 to $131 and I prepaid so theu charged it without permission said its called supply in demand I was ticked I will never used hertz ever again !!! Ever !!!! They had one worker checking in so I was standing in line with 8 ppl ahead of me and probably 8 behind me and the price gouge on rental im so against it amd im sharing this with everyone i knowPunti negativi:They are slow ,deceitful ,and I will never use again plus after increasing price after I prepaid i asked can't ypu at least honor my military discount they said no cause ypu prepaid so if I was jist checking you in I coild have gave ypu a discount, so they don't honor a prepaid customer they are horrible customer serviceRecensione del 18 giu 2021

Punti positivi:Lady @ Hertz counter was nice and helpful. Return of vehicle seemed to go just fine and seemed easy enough. Still waiting on my receipt from Hertz in my email.Punti negativi:Location to pick up vehicle was VERY far away for someone like me who has a cane and difficulty walking long distances. Someone should have brought the vehicle to the Hertz pickup area/booth. No windshield washer fluid was in vehicle and the area it was used in had a lot of airborne particles that required needing to clean windshield.Recensione del 22 mag 2021
