First told there were no cars available even with reservation then after 2 hour wait The car has a rear tire pressure low and noticed a nail Also charged for the collision policy with out my confirmation I have visa signature card which gives me collision policy also my insurance has coverage for collision basically charged me with out my approval Very poor experienceRecensione del 28 lug 2023

The interior had been cleaned but the fabric on the seats had a lot of stains. The car drove good. Both the front and rear bumper covers had obviously been re-attached at some point because you could see the seams. The rear driver's side bumper cover would become loose and flap in the wind when you got up to highway speeds. The brakes started grinding at the end of the trip.Recensione del 4 lug 2023

More staff at the Columbus office would be great. There was a huge line at the counter and two agents on duty. My wait was 50 minutes in line. The staff were nice and addressing as many customers as possible.Recensione del 15 giu 2023

The drop off signage needs additional work as it was very difficult to figure out where to pull in our car and the person checking in early in the morning was very unprofessional to us as we didn't know where to put the car, seems you didn't want to walk the extra 50 ft to get the carRecensione del 23 ago 2022

Staff was very efficient and helpful, vehicle was OK, but not very clean. Waited in checkout line with about 20 other customers for approx. 45 minutes because Budget had only one employee checking customers out. This is not an isolated situation because when I returned the vehicle there were approx. 35 customers in line with only two Budget employees. The car could have been cleaned better. Found a bottle of previous user under the seat. Car was not full loaded with petrol, but that i managed by keeping my bills from tanking gasoline.
