I was charged more than double the cost that was quoted to me when I made the reservation. The only service I added was tolls, which is $20/day, and I had the car less than 24 hours. Now I need to take the time to call Budget and challenge the charges.Recensione del 31 lug 2023

I prepayed the rental - but now there is an additional charge to be withdrawn from my mastercard. At the Budget desk they needed my mastercard to approve an amount of 339 us dollars, when signing for the car in Chicago airport. I asked if it was a deposit - Yes, was the reply. It took over 90 minutes just to wait in line to get to the counter at Ohare, and then in the lot they only had 7 passenger vans or a pick up truck! I chose to wait and a small SUV was turned in.
