Poor pick up experience. They seemed to let the line grow to an unacceptable length deliberately before attending to customers. But the gentleman was friendly when I eventually got there and we got a brand new carRecensione del 9 ago 2023

Canceled the reservation: when I showed up there was a line of more than 50 people and only two agents working the counter. Took an uber instead.Recensione del 31 lug 2023

I was charged more than double the cost that was quoted to me when I made the reservation. The only service I added was tolls, which is $20/day, and I had the car less than 24 hours. Now I need to take the time to call Budget and challenge the charges.Recensione del 31 lug 2023

I prepayed the rental - but now there is an additional charge to be withdrawn from my mastercard. At the Budget desk they needed my mastercard to approve an amount of 339 us dollars, when signing for the car in Chicago airport. I asked if it was a deposit - Yes, was the reply. Now Budget wants to take the amount of 339 us dollars from my account. That is very very unsatisfyingRecensione del 18 giu 2023

I liked cleanliness, but I was charged mire than the price should be. I was also charged for toll pass, which was not activated and I paid at the cashier again.Recensione del 4 nov 2022

It took over 90 minutes just to wait in line to get to the counter at Ohare, and then in the lot they only had 7 passenger vans or a pick up truck! I chose to wait and a small SUV was turned in. Budget really has problems getting people efficiently in and out the door. Terrible.Recensione del 17 ott 2022
