Desk person asked if I wanted the Fuel deal to return it empty. I said no, I'll fill it up. She charged me for the fuel deal anyway and I didn't realize it until I turned the car in. Trying to figure out how to get my $66 back that I should not have been charged. Also, the line was 40 minutes long just to get to the counter. It was difficult to reach a live person to coordinate my drop off at the Tampa airport. The representative I finally reached was difficult to understand, and didn’t understand that the car was being dropped off at Signature Aviation in Tampa. I relied on Signature Flight Support Tampa to coordinate the drop off there. Otherwise, it was a quick seamless experience. Thanks!Recensione del 13 ott 2022

We will never use Dollar again. We prepaid our rental car. We stood in line for 45 min only to find out when we got to the counter that they had no cars left. We were told to wait around a couple hours, behind dozens of other people also waiting, for cars to be returned. Totally unacceptable!Recensione del 4 ott 2022

Our flight was cancelled so we flew the next day. Dollar said they would hold the reservation for 48 hours. Upon arrival they said they had not held the CAR for 48 hours, only the reservation. They proceeded to upsell us in order to get an available car. I am reminded of a Seinfeld episode. Poor service. Will not book with them again.Recensione del 11 ago 2022

Waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be told that they didn’t have a car available (I had a reservation.) I was told to ‘maybe try back in an hour, unless you want to upgrade to a full size SUV, which is $800 a DAY.’ Yeah, no thanks. I went to Avis instead.Recensione del 9 ago 2022
