The car pick-up in Charlotte is chaotic and long. The car I was assigned stank of cigarette smoke. When I dropped the car off, the line of returns stretched outside the return area and I was not given a receipt upon return, so I didn't have proof that my rental had ended.Recensione del 18 ott 2022

The counter service was excellent, fast and extremely professional. The interior of the vehicle was dirty. I was not happy with that, everything else was fine.Recensione del 27 set 2022

The car was dirty, smoke filled smell, back hatch covered in soot and dirt. The tank was 3/4 full not full as they stated. A dent on the bumper needed to be pointed out. Tire pressure in front right tire was 19 and we needed to pull of road, find a gas station and fill it up. No discounts offered for 3 nights. The bill was $317, hardly inexpensive. A horrible experience will never rent with them again.Recensione del 13 set 2022
