Punti negativi: I’ve been traveling with AirAsia since quite a few years, but recently AirAsia flights are being delayed quite often. This is not how budget airlines usually work. They’re known for their on-time operations. I hope AirAsia works to improve on this issue.

Punti negativi: There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?

Punti negativi: For some unknown reason, Kiwi.com booked this as a self-connecting trip and now my luggage is missing (didn't connect). In addition, they CHECKED IN FOR ME and selected middle seats. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this service and disappointed in my kayak experience as a result.

Punti negativi: Somehow I couldn't check in online, or at the kiosk. There was only 2 check-in desk for domestic flights in KLIA2. Long lines and waited 20 minutes. Thankfully the staff at the counter allowed me to check in, despite having only 50 minutes to spare.

Punti positivi: Prompt boarding, leather seats with reasonable leg room, even with seat in front reclined. Efficient, friendly and professional stewards

Punti negativi: Never Kiwi.com again! Thailand to Indonesia both flights on AirAsia but they would not book my bag to final destination. In Kuala Lumpur had to go through customs (LUCKILY! no visa required) get my bag, go security line again, check bag again. Took over 2hrs stressed if I would make my flight.

Good for short flight

Punti negativi: Regarding the luggage. Myself need to purchase luggage but some of the people not need to buying. The Airasia staff informing that my luggage and laptop more than 11kg and need to purchasing. This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.
