Punti positivi: Really enjoyed the free glass of Prosecco! Attentive service.
Punti negativi: I had many problems to do the checkin with my little dog, Lufthansa didn't help me. I can't to flight and when I tried rebooking the flight, I need to buy a new ticket because though I was in the checkin on Zurique airport talking with Lufthansa staff, they considered that a NOSHOW ocurred.

Punti negativi: Missed flight because of internal airport transit services. Lufthansa couldn’t rebook because Air Dolomiti was the carrier. Air Dolomiti had no customer service hotline open so I missed all possible flights. Had to book a $300 flight to make an international connection. Customer service was poor.

Punti negativi: Flight left Pisa late. We had 90 mins to make a connection in Munich and we barely made it after running as fast as possible through the airport.
Having to take a bus between the plane and the gate in Pisa and Munich is very inconvenient.

Punti negativi: We ware delayed 3 times on our way to Europe and instead on LUfthansa back to USA we ware with Italian Air DOlomiti and United. I think we paid premium to fly premium not to hang in airports. Shame on you. Hope that your bosses will see this.

Punti negativi: Seat was a little thin but plane was great for a two hour flight. Crew was very nice and spoke English which was a nice surprise. Chocolate cookie was yummy.

I realized that Sunday, June 16 was father's day and i wanted to travel back on Saturday, June 15. The airline said i could not move the tickets. Kayak said there was NOTHING they could do. Punti negativi: Kayak referred me to Flyus.com - neither were helpful. Was told i could not cancel the flight back. I told them they were obligated to give me the TAX even if non-refundable. The experience was terrible and i had to buy $1730 ticket from AmericanAir to come home. Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again

I had booked the flights a year in advance yet we were told that because the flight was fully booked and the weather conditions were not good, the WE would be bumped from the flight, our bags were lost, we were told the wrong gate to go to

Punti negativi: Was in Economy class, middle seat. There's no room to even straighten up my leg, being a 6'2" guy. I thought it was just the American airlines that added more rows of seats to squeeze in more people. Looks like everyone has followed the leads of American Airlines, too bad.

Great Customer Service from Lufthansa

Punti negativi: The flight was delayed and could have caused me to miss connecting flight. Everyone had to run through the airport to make the next flight which was at the farthest gate away and none of the walking sidewalks worked. It would have been nice if we had been told Lufthansa would wait for us. We ended up running and then standing in line for the passport check.
Horrible travel experience
Punti negativi: We were emailed our flight was on time, but in fact it was moved from FLR to Pisa which caused us to miss our flight in FRA. We were left with out help for over 2 hours and missed available flights to the USA and were then put on an Condor flight with NO service, charged 100 euros for a bag already checked but then never arrived in PDX and I am told it will arrive in 2 days at the air port but they can not say when I will see it at my home. Our 14 hour trip lasted more than 27 hours of total frustration.

Instreaf, we spend 2 hours waiting at the counter for information. We were rerouted to bologna airport, put up in a dingy hotel at the airport and given a sad buffet meal in a dingy hotel meeting room. They should have given a voucher for dinner in the hotel restaurant. They should Have announced over the loudspeaker that no flights would leave Florence the next day due to Hugh winds and we were being bused to bologna and hour away. We could have called central reservations instead of standing in line for two hours. They should have had a line for hotel voucher only so that those who called to rebook could Have proceeded quickly to bolvogna. Instead they had to repeat everything to 200 people .. how inefficient and ineffective canan airline be? And only 2 people at the counter working.. took at least 20/40 minutes per person to get rebooked. We spent from 11am until 845pm at the airport and getting to bolovgna. Sad
