Punti negativi: Boarded the plane and then de boarded to find out that the flight had been rescheduled possibly 12 hours. I still don’t know what the problem was. Luckily it only ended up being delayed 7 hours instead of 12

Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio

Never take a fly wiht JUSTFLY. Lo peor Justfly
Punti negativi: Justfly took 32 dollar to have the seats and wasn't asign and I ask for special food and they didn't transmit to Aerolineas argentinas.
Justfly me cobro 32 por asignar los asientos y no lo hizo. Tambien pedi comida para diabeticos y no los solicito a Aeroliena argentina.

Punti positivi: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.

Severely limited beverage offering: Forget alcohol of any kind, there are only four choices: coffee, water, coke, and sprite.
Check the baggage fees!! Even on international flights Aerolineas Argentinas sees a need to charge baggage fees, even for the first bag.
