The rental company refused to rent to me becaue they wanted the physical card that the purchase was made with and afirm is a virtual card. Stix also refuses to refund the transaction and they refused to let me pay the deposit with my other credit card. Sixt are a bunch of thieves. Counter person had no idea what she was doing. Car had 40000 miles on it and was dirty. Waited twenty minutes for a car. She then pre.charged me without my consent and they ended up stealing the money when I brought the car back early. Just an absolute disgrace and I will never use them again. The entire experience was so very painless, from the car counter check in, the pickup, and the drop-off. All employees were so very helpful that you can tell that they enjoy their work. The pick up process was a constant up sell opportunity for the staff at all parts of the process. The car had more damage than was noted and it took about an hour to get it noted. All workers except for the front desk were contractors and acted like they didn't know what to do as they were not sixt employees. Customer service and staff were very friendly. Both cars I received were dirty with spilled drinks and what have you on door seats and console. Left over food in door bins damage not reported by previous renter and after tell someone about was not noted and I am being blamed for the damage. Hard to get a hold of a person live on the phone. 1888 number kept telling me to email. Roadside was not available when needed had to wait til the next morningRecensione del 4 ago 2022
