Nothing good miss communication between on line reservation and office rentals, no one ever answer call, I'm still waiting for refund on my first booking after a week ??? When I show up to get my reservation truck was rent to someone else !!!! Very nice ! I will never recommend routers to no one ! I wasted $100. On taxi just to get there and I couldn't get truck with out $1500. Deposit ??? Crazy !Recensione del 18 ago 2023

The ad says unlimited free kms but the company does not honour that. And with no refund policy you can not cancel the reservation once you are aware of the fee/kmRecensione del 18 mag 2023

The front guy is incredibly ignorant. As someone who lives in the area I’m disgusted by how I was treated. He actually hung up on me when I Was trying to find out why they take a 1500 hold for a car rentalRecensione del 16 mar 2023

When I arrived there was no car available and I had to wait until a car came into the lot, was cleaned before I can begin my journey. The car should be available at the time of booking. Thank youRecensione del 8 ago 2022

They day of the rental they called and told us they did not have a vehicle for us which really ruined all our plans. They did not have a solution nor did they offer to discount a future rental. Very poor company with below average customer service.Recensione del 7 ago 2022
