The rental could not have been better. However, at this point, I’m not sure if they are charging me for the use of the battery on the electric car. I thought I was going to save money because I did not have to pay for gas. I was not informed in advance of any charge for the electric car as far as use of the batteries concerns. Ended up renting a car some where else. Staff didn’t know what they were doing was taking 25-30min per customer. It was a joke. I got a new reservation stood in line and got a car before the people in front of me had gotten a car. Never again.Recensione del 27 ago 2023

There was not enough cars. I was forwarded to another company because the car I booked wasn't available but it was showing available. I didn't know where to pick up the car. When I searched on google maps for Payless rent a car, nothing pops up. Also in my reservation documents, there was no information for which company I need to go to to pick up my vehicle.Recensione del 21 ago 2023

Airport staff was excellent, only problem we had was that the messages we left that we would be a day late (called and texted) was not passed along and as a result our original reservation was cancelled and we had to pay considerably more for an upgraded car which was the only one available when we arrived.Recensione del 20 ago 2023

My reservation was not honored. I was told that reservation did not go thorough and they could not honor the daily rates. I ended up renting for way higher rates because I did not have any other option. It looked like a scam. In addition, I tried to call the rental location and not the single phone number worked.
