The car was 4,000 miles over due on an oil change. All tire pressure was low. The keys were underneath the seat at pick up as if someone just threw them in there. There was trash in the glove compartment leftover from the previous driver.Recensione del 7 giu 2023

They didn’t have a car ready for us, but they didn’t tell us and sent us to a dirty car that had no keys and wasn’t ready to be rented. When we asked for a car we could actually drive, they were annoyed. They finally got us a car but then when we went to leave they said we couldn’t take it as it was a licensee vehicle. After and additional 30-45 minutes of waiting we were finally able to leave. Would not recommend.Recensione del 29 mag 2023

The drop off location should not be used as a selectable location. No one was in the office, no drop off box is present, and when I called to change the location to a safe Hertz location 6 miles down the road, I was charged an extra fee out of my control.Recensione del 6 nov 2022

My main problem was the drop off. Had not even finish parking when the guys checking the car were already all over opening the doors, causing me of damage the car (it was their own sticker, no damage). Trying to pick of my things and they are rushing me. I had to call them out and ask to please step out to let me finish parking and getting my things. Shuttle to and from car rental and airport was quick and easy. Auto pick up and drop off very easy. Had a very nice selection of vehicles. Billing was accurate. Everything a rental company should be.Recensione del 27 set 2021
