Awful. Save yourself stress and rent from another company besides Budget and Avis. Had a reservation and waited an hour in their line to get to the counter to be told they had no car for me. Waited 2 more hours with little kids after flying all day to be given a complete junker, literally, with half the handle missing and electrical wires hanging out near the foot pedals. There was nothing to like. I made a reservation the morning before and when I got to the airport there were no cars left. What's the point of making a reservation if they aren't going to honor it??? NEVER WILL TRY TO USE THEM AGAIN.Recensione del 20 lug 2023

Both the pick up process and return was absolutely chaotic. It took almost an hour to check in. Drop off was completely unorganized with workers yelling just leave the keys in the car and go. I still have not received a receipt for the rental.Recensione del 27 set 2022
