They changed my drop off time without informing me and charged me for it. Then they also upgraded my car even though I specifically wanted the cheapest rental! The additional taxes are just crazy. The car was new and clean. Drop off was simple. The guy serving when we picked up.was very vague and never explained anything. We got charged 86 for toll sensor, without ever being told that it would cost that much or being explained how it worked. We barely went through any tolls (and I easily could have avoided them) had he explained how much they would charge. It felt dishonest.Recensione del 12 ago 2023

It was very easy, the people were very polite . I did upgrade because the managers special was a smart car , and there is not enough room , and I did not feel safe driving that. The manager told me that it would be difficult to find a car for me even though i had a reservation and a confirmation number. “We shouldnt have guaranteed you a car since you are not dropping it off here.” Not sure why he said any of this since i had a confirmation number.Recensione del 10 lug 2023

Price was good but everything else was poor. No cars in reservation size or larger were available when arrived. Was told to go to the next level only to find that many of the cars were missing keys. The only car of our reservation size was in poor condition, abandoned vehicle sticker, marks on the outside everywhere, severe oversteering, and gas tank wasn't full.Recensione del 9 lug 2023

Rental experience was fine. Everything was easy. The only hard part was charging the Polestar at an EVGo, and trying to guess how much energy to put into it the day before returning. Definitely more complicated than gassing up. And I normally drive a Tesla.Recensione del 19 giu 2023
