Punti positivi: Drop off was difficult and unclear. There was only a small sign saying that budget was closed and to return car to avis. this should have been told to me at the time of pickup to avoid complications catching my flight
Punti negativi: they should have disclosed that they would not be "open" during my return hours and how to return the vehicle to prevent issues when trying to catch my flight after spending 30 minutes driving around the rental area and airport trying to figure it out for myself
Punti positivi: The gal that escorted us to our vehicle was excellent. Made a nice upgrade gesture that significantly enhanced our trip.
Punti negativi: I should have been told during my order placement that u were offering a 3rd party insurance company where u would have required me to use my deductible...then “I” would have to get reimbursed from the insurance company. Sneaky!

Punti positivi: The renting process at both airports and the car were great.
Punti negativi: The website and confirmation. Other than going into the Kayak System, I had no email confirmation about my rental. So I was nervous that the reservation did not truly exist. It did, but without some confirmation, it was difficult. I would also like it if there were notifications sent the day before confirming the reservation and what to expect.

Punti negativi: I rented a convertible to drive away from my wedding to our reception. They called me 10 minutes before pickup and said “whoever rented the convertible didn’t bring it back last night.” Upon calling them a second time and speaking to another representative, he informed me they never have convertibles, so whoever spoke to me the first time lied to me. Then he told me they couldn’t help me find the convertible at another local Enterprise and that they wouldn’t honor my Kayak prices. I spent over an hour ON MY WEDDING DAY on hold and talking to various clueless, helpless, hand-wringing local and corporate Enterprise employees. Long story short, we had to rent a convertible from Alamo and they were *AWESOME*, but it ended up being triple the price. Stay away from Enterprise. They’re hapless.
Punti positivi: Staff was very helpful and check in was super speedy. Vehicle was very clean and well outfitted.
Punti negativi: Due to Covid the rental offices of a number of rental agencies had been combined to a central location, a fact that was not relayed to myself or many renters as there was lots of confusion with folks picking up and dropping off vehicles. People should be advised to call their rental provider for updated information on new operating system.

Returning was super easy and fast!
Punti negativi: Actually I really didn’t like my van. It was fine and it fit my family. I drive an suv at home so I would of preferred that but they are costly to rent. But all in all enterprise was great and I’ll use enterprise again. Thanks!☺️

Punti negativi: The first car was so smoky that the family we rented it for, with two young children, could hardly stand the smell. They traded that car in for another one at the coast and that car was dirty (in a pandemic, when the car should have been sanitized) and also smoky.

Punti negativi: it was my first time renting vie enterprise and i must say, it was such a disappointment for a few reasons: 1. the car was not clean :( - this is always important, but definitely during covid...but unf full mess inside the car, back seat with candy / sand, and front dash board was frankly really filthy 2. there were signs saying no smoking, yet the car was full of smoke (which we all know lingers and thus was in the car all weekend) 3. there was no washer fluid which we discovered during a long drive in the mountains when we desperately needed it 4. the bright lights malfunctioned often (also not ideal at night amidst windy roads in the mountains) 5. there was Auto Brake warning light pop on a couple of times 6. and finally, during check in - no masks worn (amidst covid) and this paired with how dirty the car was inside, it was just clear that cleanliness and safety (re covid) are not a priority Super disappointed :(. Though this was the cheapest option for a weekend rental, i will happily pay a bit more to another company to receive a different experience.
