The staff was great and the pickup/drop off processes were very easy. The car I was given was a new model but had a horrid smell that lingered even after air fresheners - smoke and heavy cleaning products. The rental rate was very high, but I was given a credit due to the smell. Again, the staff deserves credit for trying to make the overall experience greatRecensione del 3 set 2022

We were given a car with a nail in the tire. The tire pressure warning light was already on, but they simply wrote me a pink slip showing that they knew and understood that the tire was low pressure. I had to leave a work appointment to get the tire fixedRecensione del 14 mag 2022
