Agent was very helpful when he saw the bags we had and helped us to get another vehicle on the fly. He was so helpful.Recensione del 5 ago 2023

It took almost an hour to locate a car. It seems I reserved the last suv which was a new car that they didn’t want to leave the state. Other then that I was very satisfied and will definitely use their service again.Recensione del 11 giu 2023

My group waited for 5 hours to get our vehicle. The Charleston Airport Budget Car Rental simply could not handle the amount of people in need of a rental car.Recensione del 18 apr 2023

After checking in at the airport counter it was very confusing the way we should wait for the car. There was no attendant at the booth and the people work there were not very nice.Recensione del 12 apr 2023

They were understaffed and unable to provide service in a timely matter. We had to be bused to a location away from the rental area because they didn’t have drivers to bring the cars to the airport rental lot. There was no information shared until they said they would have buses waiting for us to take us to where they are storing the rental cars.Recensione del 5 apr 2023

We got a flat tire and the process involved a ton of being on hold, bring transferred to the wrong department. It was a happy ending, but was hard getting thereRecensione del 26 giu 2022

The only thing to comment on was that you really needed another person to help at the pick up counter inside the airport. The line was so long and although the woman behind the counter was working hard to get all the customers helped and on their way, the process took too long. Like I said, she was working hard but folks in line were frustrated to have to wait so long. An additional agent at the counter would have been useful.Recensione del 13 giu 2022
