This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent a car. You make a reservation but this doesn’t mean you will have secured a car. They made me wait 5 hours for me to have a car, arrived at the place but had given it to another customer. Greeted me with only hostility since the very beginning. Left the place without a car.
