Pickup was a bit slow, as it was Easter Sunday and the Dollar and Thrifty desks were closed, and I had to queue up at Hertz. Otherwise, the service was fine. The car was OK, but could have had more baggage space behind the third row of seats.Recensione del 26 apr 2022

After our flight, we went to pick up the rental car. There was a long line. We were told that they Dollar switched locations with Enterprise in the middle of the day and so their computer systems were down. Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty were combined into one counter. Workers were processing everything by paper and we ended up waiting on the line for 90 minutes. Everyone waiting was frustrated with situation that sounded like could have been avoided.Recensione del 7 nov 2021
