Was rather seamless. Woman who checked me in at pick up was a delight and very helpful. Same on delivery end. Van was in great shape and well maintained. Overall was a good experience.Recensione del 27 lug 2023

SUV was very clean, but stank of cigarette smoke. Had to get own car spray and use throughout rental. Front desk lady was FABULOUS.Recensione del 15 mag 2023

Everything was fine with the car. The poor lady handling a large queue of customers needed help, and had been left to handle everything alone without so much as a break or a meal since 6am, and we arrived at about 1pm. Felt very bad for her. Still she handled everything quite while and got us on our way. Dollar, don't do this to your people!Recensione del 7 mag 2023

They did not have a car for me. Said maybe in the next 3 hours, no guarantee. Offered no refund. I had to find new transportation (Uber) everywhere else sold out with a 6 year old. So we were to be stranded at an airport car rental depot for hours. I feel like $50+ was stolen from me.Recensione del 31 ott 2022

Along with many other renters, had to wait for 90 minutes to get vehicle despite having reservations. They were renting cars they do not have available.Recensione del 19 set 2022

Customer service at that location was abysmal. Didn't have the car I reserved, told me I could wait but couldn't tell me how long, watched the type of car I reserved get returned but got told I couldn't have it, got charged as if I HAD gotten the better vehicle, snotty attitude from staff.....I will NEVER AGAIN rent from Dollar and I will shout it from the roof tops!!Recensione del 12 set 2022

Rented one class of car but they didn’t have it available at the pick up time so had to spend more for a car that was available. Charged for fuel despite it having a full tank.Recensione del 8 set 2022
