Reserved an economy car but they stated none were available and tried to give me an electric vehicle despite there being extremely limited charging stations on Hilton Head and Savannah (I actually didn’t see a single one the whole trip). Instead of a complimentary upgrade they charged us $20 a day for a non-electric luxury vehicle.Recensione del 20 gen 2023

Extremely slow at pick up counter, car had paper plates that expired in June, and no scanner available at drop off to confirm car return.Recensione del 22 ott 2022

Pick up line was ridiculous. Had to sign up for fast break vs waiting what would have been HOURS in line 🤨. And now I’m out that fast break fee . UNACCEPTABLE!!Recensione del 17 ott 2022

It took over 90 minutes to get my car upon arrival. Budget was not prepared for arrivals and was not even apologetic.Recensione del 10 ott 2022

Clerk at Drop Off point in Charleston was extremely rude. He wanted to charge us for an upgrade. We were willing to pay from the car we reserved, if that vehicle was not available, that is not our fault. We only paid what we should have, but he ruined the experience for us. No customer service skills.Recensione del 15 ago 2022

Not transparent about the stipulations of the rental ahead of time. We were told two days before that a car seat could not be promised on the day of the rental even though I called a month before to add the car seat to the reservation. Truly unacceptable as that’s a pretty vital piece of information to know prior to traveling so as not to be stranded at an airport with a toddler.Recensione del 14 ago 2022

The pick up of the car was really difficult. Mainly because of the lack of personnel. The people that were manning the booth at budget were excellent, but they were extremely understaffedRecensione del 8 giu 2022

Need more workers at the desk for pick up, especially after so many flights were cancelled the night before. One (very nice) lady was working and she needed help. Cars also were not ready until 7:30.Recensione del 6 giu 2022
