I had to cancel my rental car last minute because they didn't take my particular credit card. Unfortunately, the insurance company that they use did take my credit card and charged me $33.00 that I still haven't gotten back. Budget told me that I would be credited the full $30 back on Friday. That didn't happen and now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. Please help me if you can and willing.Recensione del 31 lug 2023

Bait and switch on the pick-up location. I asked for in-town, then the morning of, a half-hour before pickup, switched the pick-up location to the airport. They asked me to sign a from saying the car was in perfect condition when I received it, which would have been fine if I was allowed to actually look at the car before signing it. The lot was so small that people who were returning their cars were parking in the available cars. I had walked out to the lot to see that my car was blocked by two other cars, and had to walk back to the desk to request the other cars be moved. I picked up a car at one location, SBP, to be dropped off at LAX. The customer service girl, Liz, was very accommodating and very helpful. As i was driving, the car i had started to flash strange warning lights while i was on the freeway. I ended up switching out the car at another location along the way.
