Not enough employees to check you in. Once checked in, it took 30 mins to get my car. The lot was filled with cars with the same model, but they said my car was being washed. How can they check me in and assign me a car when it wasn’t ready? At one point, the line of people waiting to pick up their car was longer than those waiting to check in.Recensione del 26 lug 2023

They gave me an old car making funny noise over 40 mph. There was a super long line with exactly 2 agents behind the counter who happen to be less than friendly, trying to aggressively push for things I did not want nor need. Return procedure had no explanations and when I sought to ask, they were very rude and could not be bothered. Probably the worst rental car experience overall I ever had.Recensione del 20 lug 2023

No air conditioning in the building waiting to pick up our rental, long line, chickens at our feet, car wasn’t what we wanted, car had defects, oil change needed to be done, previous renters bluetooth info still in the car, could not connect my own device, the windows were defective… no room for our luggage.. the budget teller said it was an upgrade. The pickup was horrendous. It took over 2 hours to get to the agent, 20 minutes to complete forms that I had filled out online, and another 40 minutes to have the car brought around. I will never use Budget again unless it is a life or death situation.Recensione del 12 giu 2022
