3 hour wait to get the car. Had a leak in the back right tire I had to fill a few times. Drop off was chaos. They are severely understaffed but taking reservations as if they are fully operational. Cost us a half a day of our vacationRecensione del 21 mag 2022

The wait to get the car was very long and hot. The car we got was filthy, with windows that would not stay clean due to the gross windshield wipers. The streaks made for very unsafe driving at times. On the plus side, my agent was the friendliest, most amazing person who seemed to make everything okay. I think he name was Alila.Recensione del 22 ago 2021

It was a crazy experience! They couldn’t find keys to cars, other cars were out of service. They didn’t have any cars available in my category (even though my reservation was made months before). They offered me a larger vehicle (Chrysler 300) that was a gas guzzler & it wasn’t clean. But I have to say it was comfortable & had a lot of power.Recensione del 7 ago 2021

After a 10 hour overnight flight for our honeymoon, no one was working the Payless counter when we arrived - they literally just didn't show up for work that day. Totally unacceptable. Another rental car company had to loan one of their cars to Payless in order for us to leave with a car. Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would...
