The cost was well above the stated estimate. When I asked I was told it was due to the gas and that would be removed if it was brought back full. I did bring the vehicle back full but I do not think the fuel charge was modified. The receipt was emailed however I cannot open it. I do intend to look into this further.Recensione del 11 lug 2022

No one was at the counter when I went to return the car. Car had a check engine light and wouldn't start half-way through the rental, unexpected charges on credit card, overall a bad experience.Recensione del 30 dic 2021

There were NO cars when we arrived snd had a significant wait. A nice young man did help us as my husband is disabled and he upgraded us and got us on our way. I wish I had gotten his name. Drop off was chaotic but I managed to get out relatively quickly. I think there may be an issue with my charges that I need to check today.Recensione del 22 nov 2021
