The vehicle was clunky and sounded like the wheel was in need of repair. The steering was challenging and clearly needed power steering fluid or something. The breaks were squeaking and anytime the wheel was turned at slow speeds there was squeaking. Thanks.Recensione del 16 lug 2023

Too much upselling at check out. Would not accept that I already bought insurance when booked rental. Kept trying to sell a tank of gas when I knew I’d return with a tank…No signs to navigate to car rentals from main exit of airport. Had to ask several people. Car dirty on pick up.Recensione del 16 lug 2023

I never picked up vehicle. Wait was too long. Very slow counter service. Took 10+ minutes per customer to check in and get car. Only two clerks and 50 to 60 people in line. Waited well over a half hour and I estimated it was going to be another hour to hour and a half before I would reach the desk. Ridiculous…Recensione del 17 giu 2023

We were given an Atlas instead of an economy car. However, the GPS was complicated and got us lost as it kept directing us to the place we had just left, even after trying to enter the correct address many times, we finally gave up and found the road signs more helpful.Recensione del 30 mag 2023

Had a very nice Ford Escape but the windshield fluid line was broken. Had to return the car to get a new one. Second one unfortunately did not have apple carplay like the first one did. They were great about the exchange of vehicles and staff were quite nice.Recensione del 25 gen 2023
