Lines at pickup were really long and most of the pickup process should be something you can do ahead of time. Their app or link doesn't work so anything they say you can do in advance doesn't work or speed up the process.Recensione del 5 lug 2023

Car reservations made in advance (2 weeks) but car was not available at reserved time and we had to wait for a car to arrive. The wait was not long although it was 2 hours after scheduled pick up time. It would have been appreciated if we received a text notification earlier about the delay. Very understaffed, only one staff for 10 customers. Very long wait, 30+mins. The staff member was extremely kind and apologized for the wait. Not her fault that Budget at BWI did not appropriately staff their counter.Recensione del 5 dic 2022

The car was fine one we got it, but the pick up process was terrible. No differentiating between customers with a reservation and those without one. A few customers were with an agent for 20-30 minutes. Even when they helped me who had a reservation, it took much longer than it needed as they tried to upsell me on a bunch of options.
