Car reservations made in advance (2 weeks) but car was not available at reserved time and we had to wait for a car to arrive. The wait was not long although it was 2 hours after scheduled pick up time. It would have been appreciated if we received a text notification earlier about the delay. Very understaffed, only one staff for 10 customers. Very long wait, 30+mins. The staff member was extremely kind and apologized for the wait. Not her fault that Budget at BWI did not appropriately staff their counter.Recensione del 5 dic 2022

The car was fine one we got it, but the pick up process was terrible. No differentiating between customers with a reservation and those without one. A few customers were with an agent for 20-30 minutes. Even when they helped me who had a reservation, it took much longer than it needed as they tried to upsell me on a bunch of options.
