Punti negativi: Our bags had arrived early, and were waiting at the service station. However, there was no one there in the rooms and our stuff was left outside the door. We have pictures of our bags left out. It’s kind of a bummer that our stuff was left unattended. Someone could of grabbed it.
Punti negativi: There was an uncontrolled child kicking my travel companions seat and screaming for much of the flight. I’m not sure what United could do but relocating us or the passengers with the screaming child would have made the flight more comfortable.

Punti negativi: This was a much more pleasant flight than I had from DC to Tokyo back on Jan 15
Punti negativi: This is just a poor airline in which I will never fly on again. I will blame it a lot on miscommunication but seats are horrible and need way for cushion especially if you are on a 11 hour flight.
Punti negativi: I hated everything about this 8 hour flight. Going to and coming from Toyko. The seats were EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I had to keep adjusting my body because my lower back was in so much pain. I ordered a kosher meal for both my sister and I but they only bought it for her. When I asked where was mine they said they didn’t see my name when I was the one who bought the tickets. It was extremely frustrating. I will never fly on this airline again.

Punti negativi: Great flight everything smooth - the food is fantastic I flew economy and received excellent food. The employees are very friendly and the plane was a recent model Boeing very smooth.
Punti negativi: On long flights, the seats need to be more comfortable and there needs to be more entertainment options. Also was not sure why we could not book seats even though we booked tickets in October.

Punti negativi: No entertainment system, only one channel for everyone in the middle of the airplane like in the 80's. No reclining seats, sit straight only, but decent leg room, unless you are taller than 6ft.
