Compared to all of the other agencies, thrifty seems to understaff which results in long wait times. The last thing you want to do after flying five plus hours is stand in a line for 45 minutes to pick up your rental car. I feel bad for the staff because they’re so kind, but Thrifty needs to please consider adding more of them!Recensione del 22 ago 2023

Thrifty Honolulu overbooks their cars, my husband waited amongst hundreds, yes hundreds of people for a car. He waited almost 3.5 hrs. Cars were being cleaned one by one and given to customers. We missed a scheduled engagement because of this huge delay. Employees didn’t acknowledge that the wait time was unacceptable.Recensione del 16 lug 2023

I had to wait 2 hours in line for my car. Because it was managers choice, it was a compact or a full-size suv. I chose the suv, which was a beat up Ford Explorer. I will never rent from Thrifty again. It was like I was driving an original “island car” on Oahu there were so many dings and scrapes on this vehicle.
