Some time after exiting the rental facility the check engine light for oil service needed came on which was frustrating given the amount of mileage we anticipated driving. The comfort of a Toyota 4Runner is average at best. The seats are very rigid and overall comfort significantly decreases the perceived value of renting it.Recensione del 18 ago 2022

The gentleman who helped us was great but the hassle with insurance turned into a big fiasco because my insurance didn’t show the exact word “comprehensive liability” which took an extra hour. Might book with another company next go around.Recensione del 26 mar 2022

Agent kept trying to upsell which was irritating. Studded tires in a winter location should be mandatory and not cost extra. Gave me a car with no windshield wiper fluid! So unsafe with the weather/road conditions. Had to buy some and put it in. When I returned the car, the agent seemed to not care at all. No apology or anything.Recensione del 29 dic 2021

I reserved a mid-sized SUV for $399, but when I arrived they didn’t have anything that size. Instead of upgrading me for the same price they told me that I had reserved a vehicle without AWD and that to rent that vehicle it would be $579. The location left me on hold for over 1.5 hours and I finally gave up. The car was very dirty inside. The windshield wipers were so worn out it was easier to see through the windshield without using them. Cost of rental was super high but we were in Alaska and there was a shortage of vehicles so we were glad to at least get a rental. Our vehicle was new and clean and awesome. And pickup/drop off was very convenient. So great experience overallRecensione del 23 ago 2021

I had called about check in time for rental car because my print out said 12n for pickup which was an error, since plane got in at 7p. I was told by the representative that wasn’t a problem, that the reservation would be held till 12m. When I got to the counter, I was told that the reservation was cancelled after 4hrs past time (12n), the exact thing I had called about. I did get a car, but at a higher rate.
