Nothing good miss communication between on line reservation and office rentals, no one ever answer call, I'm still waiting for refund on my first booking after a week ??? When I show up to get my reservation truck was rent to someone else !!!! Very nice ! I will never recommend routers to no one ! I wasted $100. They day of the rental they called and told us they did not have a vehicle for us which really ruined all our plans. They did not have a solution nor did they offer to discount a future rental. Very poor company with below average customer service.Recensione del 7 ago 2022
