Didn’t have many cars available and had to wait 45 min for a car.Recensione del 5 feb 2023

Drop-off always confusing. Hard to "just leave keys in car" and walk away even in secure parking lot with no one to re-assure you it will be taken care of. No windshield wiper fluid in car. Didn't figure out until 2 days into trip but car was great otherwise.Recensione del 12 set 2022

I said specifically to drop off car at LAS airport but the rental desk in Salt Lake City airport scheduled drop off at a location more than four miles from the airport. Fortunately, the Hertz people at Las Vegas airport helped us get the issue resolved and allowed me to leave the car there.Recensione del 2 giu 2022

Additional charges were ridiculous. Printed receipt showed we booked a 4 door vehicle and at the desk they said we only booked a 2 door so we had to pay upgrade fee.Recensione del 24 apr 2022

The Hertz representative at the counter in Salt Lake City was professional and super-friendly! I don't remember her name...hope her brother in New Zealand makes it to Utah!Recensione del 21 mar 2022

Vehicle was GMC Arcadia. Nothing special but perfectly fine. There was some minor body damage at the rear fender. Desk person was pleasant and the car was ready to go. No waiting.Recensione del 9 feb 2022

I had a delay while enroute to Salt Lake City that caused me to be a few days late. Your app is not user friendly to allow me to change my reservation dates. I ended up losing my reservation and my money. I'm not happy with my experience.Recensione del 28 nov 2021

The counter person refused to apply my gold membership to the rental, which meant a lower grade car, giving me some bs about "it must have been associated with the wrong credit card". Then pushed hard to sell me a prepaid tank of gas, claiming gas was more expensive at the drop off city than the pickup. Which was also bs.Recensione del 18 ott 2021
