The price i got on internet was much more expensive when i got the car. This is not my first time i rent a car but it is the first time i pay that much for the basic insurance. I usually buy the full insurance but i found out it it would cost me tripple for that. Rental fee was about 150 euros and the insurance was about 300 euros.Very strange! I feel something is wrong.Recensione del 15 ago 2023

PIck up was fine and swift. Lots of trouble during return. Unhelpful staff at the counter to solve an issue with an alleged missing piece. Still waiting for an answer from customer service.Recensione del 19 lug 2023

Kayak had not indicated in my reservation that it was an electric car. I had to pay €25 extra per day for a petrol car. This was a scam by Kayak and I demand a refund. Please answer me.Recensione del 29 mag 2023
