Are we had a bad experience with Hertz Rent-A-Car in Lima Peru they did not want to refund the 2 days that we have turned the car in early. We had the car a total of 10 days . We had a family emergency so we had to leave. I will have to find a car rental company that can understand when a family emergency happens.Recensione del 11 gen 2023

I like the fact I can pay when picking up, even at 2am. I didnt like that on return, the receiver was scrutinizing every single dent to make me pay an extra charge. A similar thing happened to me last year and I end paying 30 usd extra, because the car was not clean enough for them. With the high rental fees we are already paying this is really anoying and ridiculous. Plus, it made me lose time for checking in for my flight. ThanksRecensione del 8 lug 2022

I rented a car at least a week before getting there. My original rental was for 11:00pm. Because of a flight delay, I didn't get to the airport until 2:00am. At that point, I went to the counter. He saw my name, but said no cars were available. I explained that it wasn't my fault that the plane was late. He said he didn't know what to say. He got in at midnight and no cars were available. The service in Lima Peru is terrible!! They did not respect my car reservation , first they gave me a mechanic car , my reservation was done in NY for an automatic car They did not accepted my collision car benefit that my credit car gives ( American Express) My reservation was for 200 dollars x 15 days but I paid 730 dollars x 15 days and they put 800 dollars more in hold to my credit card for any issue.
