Went to pick up the car at the Hertz counter in Buffalo and there were 20-25 people waiting for cars to be cleaned and ready. It would be a 2-3 hour wait to pick up our car. Obviously this is unacceptable. We rented from Avis instead and canceled our rental with Hertz.Recensione del 11 lug 2023

Donna at the Hertz desk (Buffalo-Niagara airport) was AMAZING and very helpful. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with their vehicle turnover/cleaning/prep workflow as several guests had to wait 45+ minutes for their vehicle.Recensione del 28 giu 2022

I appreciated the ability to get a slightly better vehicle for the money using the “manager special” option, but I’m also aware that’s a crapshoot and dependent upon what they have available at any time. Although I got an upgrade, it was a smoked-in vehicle, and rags from the cleaning crew were left in the vehicle.Recensione del 14 giu 2022

Counter assoicate was not wearing a mask when we walked up either time. He did put it on when talking to us. He was very rude to my wife and I. Also when booking you need to tell people that there be a hold of at least 200 on your card and it can't be split between 2 cards. The car was great, but we had to wait in line an hour and 15 mins after the pick up time to get it. Completely under staffed, just one attendant at the counter for Hertz and one for Dollar rent a car. We felt sorry for the 2 employees at the counter.Recensione del 18 ott 2021
