Identification of Hertz pick location in Bergen on your web site was very poor. Signage of the pick location was next to non existent. A petrol car was ordered but an electric car was provided, without notice and without recharging instructions. The Hertz pickup kiosk did not accept my Australian drivers licence. This necessitated an extended telephone call to your staff. The car Cruise control did not work. Our flight was delayed by several hours so they gave our car away and didn’t have another which could accommodate us. We had to find another rental company at the airport and as it was a last minute rental had to pay 2.5 times as much for a smaller car and a much worse rerun location.Recensione del 29 lug 2022

was charged almost 1000 dollars for a 1" scratch on the car - the car was covered with many large scratches when we picked it up, i videoed the whole car but failed to get a really good view of one of them. they keep saying we did it when it is on the video. be careful of the scam they are pulling there!Recensione del 18 lug 2022
