Rental car rates are ridiculous right now, of course. Enterprise has a confused situation at LAX that could use better signage, and also a bit of confusion on pickup at SNA. Service was very good, but ditch the up sell. Get me in and out as fast as possible.Recensione del 11 lug 2021

Punti positivi:The staff at the rental counter and the auto check out were very friendly and professional. It could not have been simpler.Punti negativi:They probably say the same thing every time there is a new customer, but I would suggest they take a little bit of time explaining the charges when renting a car. Punti positivi:Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and got checked in and wasn’t far from my terminal. Also it was cheaper than getting one not at the airport.Punti negativi:I got there really late at night and two attendants were busy for quite awhile. Only one girl at the counter. Punti positivi:Staff members were very helpful at all times. We picked up a vehicle that was just slightly too tall for the garage at the place we were staying. We brought the vehicle back the next morning and traded for a size smaller and the representative was most gracious and efficient.
