When we arrived the did not have our car ready and said we would have to wait an hour a half for it. Instead they offered us an electric car even though I had reserved a gas one. This electric car was not meant for long road trips as it ran out of power many times and took forever to charge. I spent most of my day at charging stations and it completely impacted my itinerary. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This was not the car nor the experience that I paid for.Recensione del 12 ago 2023

The gentleman at Enterprise was very nice and professional, but unfortunately we did not get the car we had reserved. We had asked for. Wagon, but the biggest they had was a 5 series BMW, which was a very nice car, but not really big enough for what we needed it for the following day. The gentleman offered us to check at another Enterprise location, but we did not have time to wait. We returned the car the same day,Recensione del 7 giu 2023

The service from Munchen was great, great help and support for an easy check in and all. However the car had a very bad clutch that made discomfort and sever pain to my foot and ankle. I even talked to enterprise online and they wouldn’t help.Recensione del 20 lug 2022
